Complementing the core’s premium feel is Selkirk's thermoformed Foam Edge injection, which is protected by the ultra-durable EdgeSentry Edgeguard. And new for the Vanguard Pro series of paddles is the use of 4 Layers of 12k Raw Carbon Fiber per side of the paddle face! This renders a crisp, responsive feel at contact of the ball, not to mention easy access to spin; even without an aggressive level of swing speed.
